City of Ellsworth Public Hearing to Vacate

NOTICE OF HEARING

TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition to Vacate has been filed with the Ellsworth City CLerk requesting the following streets be vacated:
    
    Pinewood east of Evans Street north of
    2nd, in Reber’s Addition (Lot 25 and north
    55 feet of Lot 36) to the City of Ellsworth.

You are further advised that this matter has been set for hearing before the Governing Body of the City of Ellsworth on the 8th day of July, 2019 at 4:30 o’clock p.m. for the purpose of determining whether or not said streets should be vacated. The meeting will be conducted at Ellsworth Municipal Golf Course Meeting Room, 900 E. 2nd Street, Ellsworth, Kansas. Please govern yourself accordingly.
