Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

The City of Ellsworth is seeking qualified consulting firms for pre-construction engineering and project management services for the project listed below. Qualifications for construction inspection will also be considered if the consulting firm is interested.
This a 2021 KDOT Transportation Alternatives Project (27-TE-0492-01). KDOT will provide funding for construction only. Project Description: Parallel Multi-Use Pathway approximately 0.6 miles from 1156 Highway 14 to the Smoky Hill River Bridge on S. Douglas Avenue.
All qualified engineering firms should submit a Letter of Interest and Statement of Qualifications by May 19, 2020 to the address below. Firms submitting a Letter of Interest will be provided a packet with additional details of the project location and a list of services to be performed.
