Robert Dean Kubick (1959-2020)

Robert Dean Kubick, 60, passed away Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, at his home in rural Ellsworth County. He was born Nov. 13, 1959 in Ellsworth to Lester Dale and Patricia Lee (Homolka) Kubick.

Robert was a lifetime resident of Ellsworth County where he was a farmer and rancher and owner/operator of Kubick Trucking. He married Patricia “Patti” Kepka on April 4, 1992.

Robert is survived by his wife, Patti of Ellsworth;sons, John Kubick and Jake Kubick (Dr. Callie) both of Ellsworth; son, Clint Donley (Heather) of Ellsworth; daughter, Jenny Jasper (Charlie) of Garnett; grandchildren, Michala, Will, Jodi, and Kit Donley and Rayna,Talon, and Rigin Jasper; parents, Dale and Pat Kubick of Kanopolis; sisters, Diann Schultz (Wayne) of Wilson, Vicki Williams (Jeff) of Little River, and Bev Westerman (Scott) of Ellsworth.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ed and Alma Homolka and Frank and Carrie Kubick.

Funeral Service is at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb.17, at the First Presbyterian Church, Ellsworth with burial following in Ellsworth Memorial Cemetery.
