Wayne and JoAnn Bohl of rural Ellsworth celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 2 with a family dinner. Wayne Bohl and JoAnn Kruse were married Aug. 2, 1969 at the First Baptist Church in Lorraine, Kan. The Bohls have three children, Scott and wife Sara, Eric and wife Ashley and Abby and husband Tony Metcalf, all of Ellsworth. They have nine grandchildren.
