Kevin Lee Bolte (1959-2023)

Kevin Lee Bolte, 63, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023, at his home in Lindsborg, Kan. He was born June 30, 1959, in Lincoln, Kan., to Roland W. and G. Bernice (Ricker) Bolte. Kevin was a master electrician who worked for B&W Electric for 26 years. For the past 17 years he founded and operated Bolte Electric. He married Terry (Dinkie) Wishcop in South Lake Tahoe, Calif., on Sept. 18, 2004. Kevin was a gun enthusiast who enjoyed target and trap shooting as well as hunting. He loved 4-wheeling in the mountains and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife and family.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Terry of Lindsborg; daughter, Heather Bloesser (Robert) of Peculiar, Mo.; step-children, Chandra Cooper (Jeff) of Lindsborg, Trevor Mills of Lindsborg, Brendon Wishcop of Phoenix, Ariz., and Bryanna Williams (Michael) of Manhattan, Kan.; grandchildren, Lukas and Maiah Bloesser; step-grandchildren, Teressa and Avery Cooper; sisters, Nadine Bishop (Mark), Lisa Bolte (Kris), and Angela Bolte (Kristin); nephew Brandon Bishop (Pandora); and niece Amanda Davis (Houston): great-niece Cassandra Bishop. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and sister Cheryl Ann.

Visitation is from 1-8 p.m., Friday, March 3, 2023, at Parsons Funeral Home, Ellsworth, Kan., with family present from 6-8 p.m.

Memorial service is at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Parsons Funeral Home.
