Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the Order of Sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas, pursuant to a judgment rendered on February 10, 2020, in the lawsuit captioned above, Murray Marston, Sheriff of Ellsworth County, Kansas will on the 24th  day of March, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. sell at a public auction to the highest bidder, cash in hand, on the stairs of the Ellsworth County Courthouse, 210 N. Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas, the following described real estate:
