ORDINANCE NO. 3101
AN ORDINANCE relating to the violation of an order by the Local Health Officer or Board of Health,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ELLSWORTH COUNTY CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELLSWORTH, KANSAS:
Section 1. The following is hereby adopted:
Violating an Order of the Local Health Officer or Board of Health.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate, refuse, or fail to comply with a written order of the Local Health Officer or the County Board of Health, issued under their respective authorities.
(b) A violation of this section is a class C Misdemeanor.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the official City newspaper.
