City of Ellsworth Seeking General Contractors

ATTENTION CONTRACTORS

The City of Ellsworth located in Ellsworth County, Kansas was awarded a 2018 CDBG grant from the Kansas Department of Commerce. The grant contains funding to rehabilitate approximately 8 housing units and demolish approximately 5 dilapidated residential structures within the Ellsworth City Limits. 
General Contractors are needed to perform general carpentry, roofing, plumbing and heating, electrical up-grades, interior and exterior painting, siding replacement and foundation repair.  Demolition contractors are also needed to remove the dilapidated structures, dispose of the demolition materials and backfill the excavated sites.
Interested contractors should call or write the North Central Regional Planning Commission (NCRPC) and request the sign-up documents for the Housing Project.
