NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that Bridget S. Malir, Executor of the Estate of Arnold P. Kratky, deceased, will offer for sale at public auction the following described real property and separately sell all personal property situated upon it in Ellsworth County, Kansas, to wit:
    Tract 1:
    A portion of Lot Six (6), Levitt Addition to the
    City of Wilson, Ellsworth County, Kansas,
    described as follows: Commencing at
    the Northeast Corner of Section 19, Township
    14 South, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M.,
    & B.L., thence West on the North line of said
    Sec., 646.6; thence South 165.0’ to an iron
    bar, thence East 160.7’ to an iron bar, thence
    South 11 degrees 26’20” West 88.2’ to an iron bar,
     the true point of beginning, thence South 78
    degrees 33’40” East 170.0’ to an iron bar,
    thence South 33 degrees 33’40” East 35.35’ to
    an iron bar, thence South 11 degrees 26’20”
    West 175.0’ to an     iron bar thence North 78
    degrees 33’40” West on a line parallel to
    North Street (existing) in the City of Wilson, 195.0’
    to an iron bar, thence North 11 degrees 26’20”
    East 200.0’ to the point of beginning. Said
    parcel contains .888 acres, more or less

    Tract 2:
    The North Half (N/2) of Lots one (1), two (2),
    three (3), Nineteen (19) and twenty (20), in
    Block two (2), Somer’s Addition to the City of     
    Wilson, except a fraction of said Lot twenty (20),
    described as follows: A fraction of said Lot
    twenty (20), lying along the East side thereof
    and conveyed to State Highway Commission
    dated October 11, 1961, and recorded in Volume
    47 of Deeds, Page 275 of the records in the office
    of the Register of Deeds of Ellsworth County, Kansas
on Saturday, August 8, 2020, commencing at 8:00 o'clock A.M. the sale to be held at the location  of the real and personal property which is 118 25th Street, Wilson, Ellsworth County, Kansas 67490, and 103 25th Street, Wilson, Ellsworth County, Kansas 67490, to the highest bidder for cash.  All parties interested should take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
